Hopefully they can prepare the food for you as well (most big ones can) as well as offer servers and do the clean up. Since it was a golf wedding, work to keep that theme going into the reception and keep it fun.
Beach weddings are so romantic and they give you so many options to make them your own. Beach weddings are like snowflakes, there are no two alike. It is really a matter of taste and imagination.
