i got a bunch of friends together to celebrate my boyfriend's belated birthday. luckily most of us were able to make it there in time for happy hour and got our $5 glass of wine and $4 appetizers. I had a glass of red and shared a rose and white with the boyfriend. We also ordered duck rillettes, hummus, kobe hot dogs, and truffle mac and cheese.
i can't believe how incredibly sloooow the service was. We ordered food around 630pm and it sloowly came out in the course of 1.5 hrs. That's insane for bar food,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]! One of the other couples that was with us ordered the duck rillettes at the same time as us and it took over an hr after we received our order for theirs to come out. I was also surprised how long it took for hummus and olives to be delivered.
When the food finally arrived,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], my favorites were the duck rillettes and truffle mac and cheese,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], tho for $14 the truffle mac and cheese better be good! it wasn't as cheesy as i was expecting, but still tasty.
