Sack the boss today - You have made the decision to start your own business - Follow a proven system and you will be well rewarded. The amount that you learn is huge, the challenges that you deal with cause you to grow enormously and you develop a broader mindset. This can only be a good thing. The choices for budding entrepreneurs today are huge. In addition to starting your business on your own with borrowed money from a bank, there are also massive opportunities available through franchising and though online businesses. Most of the successful online opportunities also follow a franchise format. Purchasing a franchise can be likened to purchasing a turn-key system. You are buying a proven system for making money. The attraction of working from home, being your own boss, dictating your own hours is great, but that's where so many people who opt for the home based business fail. They immediately think that once they have decided to opt for an online business, then the money will roll. Not so - It will not work online and it does not work offline. The requirement for dedication, hard work,ugg boots, commitment and focus is more important online because you often do not have direct contact with your business customers and therefore there is less feedback being given. Define what work is required and the best way to do this is to seek out the most successsful people in your online or offline system and understand from them the level of work that they did at the start and for how long they did it. If your definition of hard work and long hours is 50 hours per week with tea and coffee breaks and surfing the internet, and the successful person is committing 100 hours of focussed work in a dark room, then this must become your definition as well.
