Theincidenceofcarcinomawas14.0inpatientswithbloodynipple-dischargecomparedwith7.0inpatientswithnon-bloodynippledischarge. Inbreastimagestudies, MRIandmammaryductoscopyweremoreaccuratethanothers. Mammaryductoscopy-directedductexcisionforPNDwassaferandmoreeffectiveprocedurethanintraductalinjectionofmethylenebluedyetOassistinmajorductexcision.
