Internet marketing seems to be growing at an enormous rate. There are so many websites targetted towards making money online using various methods and Master resell rights and resell rights on e-books seem to play an important part. We are told that starting your own online business selling other peoples products either by affiliating or by holding resell or master resell rights couldn't be easier. Master resell rights products enable one to replace all affiliate links with ones own and edit the e-book so that your own website links are incorporated, known as "branding". You may resell the book at any price and keep 100% of the profits. Resell rights on the other hand enable you to sell the product and keep 100% of the profits, however the e-book cannot be altered in any way, shape or form. Holding these rights to other peoples e-books is all well and good if you want to start up your own online business quickly and without having your own product. However, everyone else is in on the act too. You are unfortunately competing with hundreds of other people trying to sell the same product and unless your price is the cheapest, you really don't stand a chance. But what if you had your own product. Something that no-one else had. People would have to buy from you and you alone, wouldn't they? Not necessarily. If you have written an e-book on Internet marketing you are still in competition with hundreds of people who have written about the same subject. Ah, but what if your book was different! Different in the sense that you are telling people in your book what they haven't heard before - things they haven't been told before - secrets! Secrets of internet marketing, secrets of making money online, secrets of gaining true wealth, secrets that they will not get anywhere else. This makes your book special; if they don't buy your book, they won't find out the *secret* and will fail miserably in their endeavours. If you have a product that works, if you can give people what they want in a way that is different and tell them that they cannot get it anywhere else, you hold the monopoly.
