Presently Bhalessa is enjoying one sub division resumed by Sub Divisional Megistrate Gandoh and tehsildar Gandoh. The eblendnce of Bhalessa as one hub of higher education, the tattering educational affairs has been altered, there is one rising tide in the sphere of education in Bhalessa. Bhalessa is having several zones like Neeli, Chanti Khal Jugasar, Chilly, Basnota, Pingal, Jitota, Gandoh. It is beyond the doubt that the Both the communities of the area are living with amity and are competing with the people of the rest of the state.
