To implement the State Council on the promotion of the spirit of service outsourcing industry, support service outsourcing enterprises to actively undertake international service outsourcing business,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], outsourcing has now decided to model in some cities, to carry out international service outsourcing business for the implementation of customs bonded supervision of imported goods experiments (hereinafter referred to as pilot .) Pilot work-related matters are hereby notified as follows:

Fifth, experimental work is General Administration of Customs, Ministry of Commerce of the State Council to implement policies to promote the development of service outsourcing industry, the work requirements, support services around the depth of international outsourcing business to undertake concrete measures. Pilot cities where the customs and commercial departments at all levels should fully understand the importance of experimental work, pilot work to strengthen the management and guidance services.
